Our corporate social responsibility strategy is based on continuous improvement. This strategy focuses on three key areas: reducing our environmental impact, ensuring a fair and healthy working environment, and acting in a responsible and transparent manner.
Sustainability
We are committed to achieving climate neutrality by 2030. To this end, we regularly calculate our carbon footprint to identify our most significant sources of emissions and determine targeted reduction measures.
Specifically, we are implementing the following measures:
- Reduce emissions from business travel and commuting by 10 per cent per employee per year.
- Reduce emissions from energy consumption and purchased goods based on the number of employees.
- Offset unavoidable emissions.
Equality, well-being and employee development
We are committed to a respectful, inclusive and healthy working environment.
Our measures include in particular:
- Promoting equality between women and men at all levels, including calculating the equality index and addressing any pay gaps;
- Providing appropriate working conditions, including sufficient office space and areas that enable focused work;
- Promoting professional and personal development, and ensuring fair treatment of all employees;
- Promoting open and constructive dialogue, and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual and moral harassment.
Responsible and transparent conduct:
We conduct our business in a responsible and transparent manner, integrating ethical and social aspects into our decision-making process.
This is achieved through the following, among other things:
- We consult internally when selecting projects, taking into account their social contribution.
- We critically monitor and evaluate potential projects that do not meet our requirements.
- We preserve the independence of project managers and involve the public in our projects.
